By downloading, installing, or using NotchIsland ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the App. These terms are between you and CodeLoom ("we", "us").
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use NotchIsland on any Mac you own or control. You may not redistribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the App.
NotchIsland uses a pay-what-you-want model. You choose how much to pay — including $0. There is no subscription. Once you download, you own it, and all future updates are included at no additional cost.
If NotchIsland isn't for you, reach out within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you — no questions asked. Refund requests are handled through Polar.sh, our payment processor.
We may release updates to NotchIsland from time to time. The App checks for updates automatically. Updates are optional but recommended, and are included with your purchase at no extra charge.
NotchIsland is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every macOS configuration. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodeLoom's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of NotchIsland shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.
NotchIsland, its name, logo, and all associated content are the intellectual property of CodeLoom. Nothing in these terms grants you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. We'll update the date at the top of this page when changes are made.
